Privacy notice
What we collect
- Beta access form: name, email, profile (individual, SME, customs broker, forwarder) and, if you write it, what you want to import or export.
- Use of the beta (beta.comexius.com): the name you sign in with, the language and profile you choose, and the content of each query (description, answers and report). The team receives a copy of every query by email to evaluate and improve the product; the screen says so before you start.
- Technical logs: date, time and the usage and cost data needed to run the service. We use no tracking or advertising cookies.
What we use it for
- Contacting you about the beta and letting you know when the next group opens.
- Evaluating report quality and improving the product. What we learn is kept in generalized, anonymized form.
- Operating and protecting the service.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. To generate reports we use AI and infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf under their own policies; we do not send them your name or email together with your queries.
Documents
The beta does not accept attachments. Do not paste invoices, ID numbers or confidential information into descriptions.
Retention
Form data is kept for the duration of the beta or until you ask us to delete it. Query copies are kept as long as needed for evaluation and then anonymized or deleted.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to hola@comexius.com. We reply within 10 business days. This processing is governed by Argentina's Personal Data Protection Act (Law 25,326); the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública is the supervisory authority.
Changes
If we change this notice, we publish the new version on this page with its date.
