The service
Comexius is a private-beta platform that, from your description of an import or export operation, generates a guidance report with the likely regime, a tentative tariff classification, agency interventions and a cost estimate, marking each fact with its confidence level and source.
Disclaimer
- The report is general guidance based on public information and the data you enter. It is not customs, tax or legal advice, and it is neither an official tariff classification nor a duty assessment.
- The actual operation is defined and executed by a licensed customs broker or another authorized professional. Comexius does not replace that role.
- Facts marked "to verify" or "undetermined" require confirmation before you act. Rules change; check the cited official source for currency.
- Comexius is not liable for business decisions, losses, delays, penalties or costs arising from the use of the report.
Using the beta
- Access is personal, by invitation, and may be revoked at any time. Do not share your key.
- Do not upload documents or third parties' confidential information. Queries must not be used for unlawful activity.
- During the beta the service may be interrupted, changed or closed without notice. No availability is guaranteed.
- The team receives a copy of every query to evaluate and improve the product (see Privacy notice).
Intellectual property
The Comexius brand, design and software belong to their owners. The reports you generate are for your use; you may share them citing the source and without altering the confidence seals.
